The cultural forum includes such diverse institutions as the Philharmonie, the Neue Nationalgalerie with its exhibitions of contemporary art, the Gemäldegalerie with its unique collection of older European paintings, and finally the Staatsbibliothek.
Lose yourself in the beautifully restored Hackesche Höfe and its surroundings. Many small, interesting shops, boutiques and galleries have found space here. In addition, there are cafes, restaurants, a vaudeville and a cinema.
Beyond Berlin
